Disco dun have lah. It's more of a ballroom concept with chandelier and stuffs.
Mini theatre? What do u mean MINI ? It's a 8.1 system c/w a HD projector. Dolby I, II, II, IV & V and THX certified.
Zoo ar? Kumar, I think all the mosquito already died by now right? So no mini zoo until the mosquito breed again.
Waterpark? If u dare to jump from my place to his place lah. But during rainy season, got open style Balinese shower lah.

Just found out it is more than 4 days nobody go and clear the rubbish in the rubbish room in my floor and there is no "tong sampah" inside. already highlight the issue to Mr Liang yesterday, if tomorrow still not solve need to go and complain again =.=

Really ar? I was thinking that they're pretty effecient with the cleaning coz that day just 10 minutes after we finish unloading the plaster ceiling stuffs, the workers already come to clean up the floors already.

tong sampah they dun clear as..from wat i hear..u need to notify them coz they only clear for those floors wif people tat already moved in..

i faced the same issue .. waited for 2 days before they clear..wakaka but anyway its insied the bilik sampah onli..so no worries

I do not accept the reason they only clear the sampah where ppl move in only =.=. I am paying them even though I not move in yet u know >.<. today complain kao kao and less than 5 minutes, all sampah clear... but tong sampah still not yet see. wait for another 2 days, it is enough time for them even to buy a new tong sampah dy.

Sometime it made u wonder where did all our money goes to right? I recently also heard that even though u can start booking the BBQ pit, u still can't use it. Supposingly a guy from the 21st floor have booked it for his house warming but was denied usage becoz the management said that it's not ready. So he ended up will all his frens outside his house. So it made us think when will all the things be really be ready anyway.... I hope we dun go swimming, come back with rashes and then they say..oh..it's not ready... we have not put in the chlorine yet...

Hahaha..do agree with dude regarding the swimming pool thingy whether they have put the chlorine inside. Later we come out from the pool full with rashes on our body.

Hey guys, anyone got install window grills for the 3 bedrooms? Is it necessary?
Budgeting for grills now, is there any shop to recommend? I think I will stick to normal type (wrought iron?) instead of stainless steel. If got extra money install alarm system better.
How much roughly if I install for Front, Yard, Balcony, Bedroom 1+2+3?

If your unit is lower unit then it the best to fix the grills everywhere, especially those middle units.

Fixing the alarm system is needs a lot of wall and ceiling hacking to conceal the wiring. Due to we cannot hack the shear wall, there will be a lot cable casing here and there in the unit.
I have taken a shear wall plan for AH I from management office almost 80-90% of the wall is categorize as shear wall in AH I.
Only the wall between Master bedroom, room 2 and 3, all the wall in the kitchen except the one between living and kitchen and common bath and the wall at the in the utility room is not shear wall.

Management guy said there will be a new guide & rules for AH II developer haven’t passed the document to them.

Grill might not only be useful to prevent people from coming in. If u got small kids, it will also help prevent them from falling out.
Not all alarm system required wiring. Nowadays got wireless one also with many type of combinations.
The house rule will be passed to the owner when they come collect their keys (if same as last time lah). Grill design, etc. can be obtained from the management.

I see.. since I am only at not high not low level, so I was thinking of install all windows + front + yard + balcony sliding + toilet. Any price estimation from you guys who did the same? (wrought iron material)
I read back a few pages, seems u guys got from a shop in Jalan Besar. Mind to tell me the location or any landmark?
I want to gaodim this first cos in case I shift in with tilam only, also safe ma... hahahaha

so if anyone survey any shop is cheap for anything, just share here and we can make bulk purchase. preferably is around serdang area cos if go until klang/seremban or those far area, petrol also dunno waste how much liao... haha

It's on Jalan Besar next to the 2 chicken rice shop. Very near the traffic light and bus stop.
Forgot the fella's name but still have his number : 016-2168649.
Tell him recommended by frens in AH and ask for discount (and if case anyone is asking...no, I do not get a commission. The fella is nice so I put in a few good words for him).
Workmanship is ok for wrought iron.
Can't remember exact price but his is competitive at that time.
I'm sure in another week or so, there'll be many guys moving around the block passing name card.
Some will offer drop dead too good to be true prices for the grill if u take some reno package(cabinets, etc.) from him.
Just some advise : GOOD THING NO CHEAP THING + THERE IS NO FREE THING IN THIS WORLD.
