Re: Grills & Windows
tch, price should be quite the same as the uncle said, above 100sqft then they count by per sqft. So if ur windows/doors measurement is same, should get same price. Maybe just the master bedroom window is different cos corner unit is bigger.
If u just make less than 100sqft, they count lump sum.

GW, interesting calc method, let me measure up all windows by sf later see how much. initialy i thought 1.4k is abit expensive already, now seems like a bargain.
contractor opposite management office charging grill+kitchen cabinet RM4888, if minus off cabinet ard RM3.5k, their grill is ard 1.4k as well:)

Re: Grills & Windows
i ask azian she said yard grills install at outside wor... haha... they also confuse...
seem like the grills at yard can be installed inside or outside the yard.
But must be follow the same design given by them.
Sure the ugly BOX grills is not allowed

Re: Grills & Windows
Hm... seems the MO also can't do much. Previously at AH1 I think they cant put the grill outside because it affect the exterior view. Not sure..maybe those corners' corners unit cannot have the grill outside. Sigh...
Re: Grills & Windows
yard grill safety wise i think outside better if rule out aesthetic factor.
if put on sliding windows inside i think it's easier to install grill outside, else hard to open, the erternal grill can protect the window glass also:)

Re: Grills & Windows
I think install outside better. Corner or not corner should not matter in terms of rules and regulation. Unless management really enforce and ask those that already install outside to take down, i dont see the reason for double standard. After all it is not those flower pot type tat we are installing.
Out of topic a bit.. Anyone know if want to mount the clothes hanger on the yard wall, can fit 6' or not? Or can 4' only? Thanks..

A word of caution, one of my neighbour had once punctured his water piping during the drilling process.
So be careful and good luck.
Mine was ok though but I dare not drill kau kau at one go...
