from angry to frustrated,from particular to cincai,from they must repair to i repair myself la.from alot of cash to alot of creditcard bill.. lol!

remember, go for big defect and broken item, those apa apa hair line crack ..... you ask them to do, you will still vomit blood, it just no more hair line crack but added "scar" on your wall Mad

any frustration or bad feeling will eventually fade out as soon as you move in to your home sweet home (unless it's really disastrous :\).. the impact which may last longer is the bleeding wallet and dried savings (unless you have really deep pocket or you print banknotes.. Cool

I have meet a lot of contractor but compare to tionwooi I think he is the king. I think he meet contractor more than me. Hahaha.. Now I have two contractor in mind which both also got risk by choosing them. This Saturday confirm with the another contractor with the quote that I got if cheaper I might go for it.

Good progress,Ben. I'm looking for reasonable price then should be enough...your defect settle already?today is the due date for them to settle the defect. I think mine one very slow.took one month to settle..

Bro, I hv help u to ask Sam on Tuesday. He said the fatty uncle never update him on the progress.
Currently he is preparing n sort out which unit defect date will b end soon n chase him to completed it.

Not sure how true it is.

I got call from Sam cos my due date for defect rectification is today.
Made appointment with him to check the house on this Saturday 9am. Hope I will be satisfied.
Someone might ask why so early.. haha.. cos I going back hometown after defect check.. might not able to join the TT session Very Happy

Hi guys , I would like to get some input regarding the time frame of renovation .

Let say I can get my keys by this week , is it possible to move in by mid of December ? I'm looking for basic renovation like adding grill , fixing defects , installing electric appliances and probably made the kitchen looks just a little bit nicer . Nothing fancy .
