Mid of Dec, one and a half month from now
Most probably is mission impossible… (unless you fix all the defect by your own contractor)
Let me sharing my cases with you
Defect fixes by PC : 2months plus
Minor Renovation : 2months
(Grills, concrete top kitchen cabinet, minor wiring, air cond for MB, install all lights and fans, repaint whole unit)
Get Keys at mid June
Move in at mid Oct
