Renovation Plan for 2011

Is it they only fix/install them during we request them help to install the loose items (all water taps) that they given to us during VP?

It will be a cost a lot to us if they not provide those piping.

Piping, taps, shower heads, etc. should be included. The last time even the toilet roll holders are given out.

Tionwooi, i not mean installing those tap... i mean the missing piping that will connected with those loose item. Example under the basin there is no piping connected to the basin for installing the water tap. This happen at basin, toilet bowl and kitchen sink.
i believe it is a missing item, maybe we need to fill the missing items form at sales room.

I plan to do tiles table top for my KC.
Yesterday went to 1st tiles shop to survey the price.
MML tiles black polished – RM31 per piece
MML tiles grey polished – RM29 per piece
White horse dark grey polished – RM 38 per piece

China tiles black polished – RM22

yeepie, wat u mean is the piping which connect the basin water tap to the wall pipe like the pic shown below?

Yes, i mean these piping. All these piping had missing the water pipe only have pipe end stopper.
The worst is the kitchen pipe is incomplete and they not install connector for put the end stopper at the L-shape pipe connector in the wall.
If they not fix this and someone connect the water source… the whole unit will be flood.

Gosh! another thing need to remember for this coming saturday inspection. BTW I would like to know where do you guys planning to install the pipe that stop the water coming into the unit?

We are don't know how developer conceal the main piping, even we know we also need to hack the wall for install the main valve.
Alternatively you can install the valve at under the kitchen sink.
For bathroom there already pre-installed the valve somewhere near the shower.

You can do that? That'll be great coz as of now if my pipe were to burst in the middle of the night, my only backup plan is a drill to bust open the meter room door... muahahaha....

No need hack the wall, the valve can install outside after the wall piling.
Beside, I think they will included the piping u mention b4. If not how they want to install for us.
Dun tell me v need to buy it for them to install for us. For sure I'll screw them "gao gao"!
