wow , i didnt notice this feature.. maybe is the feature they included for the pool design on 27 floor later...

Tat is the drain pipe which connect to ur yard, so tat v can put our washing machine at the yard there. The hole above the toilet window is for aircond piping to come out n connect to the compressor unit which v put in front of the yard window.

i notice something new when i was monitoring the progress of AM 3... i saw a few unit at AM2 installing grill and even window panel on their balcony ... these are the units facing the cahaya villa there... are those permit-able? No pun intended ya...

Certain lower level like level 1 is allowed to do so, other than that is illegal lor...

aman height have funny ways of building...they finish each floor up and not build the whole skeleton to the top 1st... i am a bit scare on the top level where there is a pool siting on it...

Where got such thing as document to offset LAD with discount?
If u really signed such a doc then u just got conned by PC. Check back ur SnP.

Yesterday beside Aman Height caught on fire accident? Can anyone here confirm? Will it delay the construction further more?

visited it last week, they are currently focusing on building up the parking lot... i guess becos they need to build a bridge across to aman 3 so they wanna do that 1st kot... i didnt c any progress on aman3 though... any1 from aman2 mind taking some photo of aman 3 from atop?

Any new development surrounding Aman Heights especially the road access?? went to Aman Heights look at the project, as xavier said, they focus more on car park area, building itself not much different.

road access wise still the same, need to use the only main road climb up the hill only reach our condo :(any possibility that a new access road be opened behind the bungalows at Serdang Heights there?

hi, if my snp is signed on august 2010 , does it mean if by august 2013 , premier consortium yet to hand off key.. we can start collecting compensation from them? looking at the progress i doubt it will be completed with cf by august.

Jus like Aman I n II delay. Last time they gif Aman II buyer 2 options.
1.) They ask for discount on the total amount of compensation if u wanna to get it in one lump some.
2.) If u wanna to get full amount then they will pay u in 10 posted cheque.
So guy b ready on these.

Complete the building b4 end of tis year should b no problem but CCC (formerly know as CF) only God will know. Hopefully they din repeat the same history delay for about half year jus for the CCC due to local authorities not satisfy wif their things.
