Hi Xavier !

The electric and water meter application notice comes last month. Have to pay PC RM380 for them to apply electric and water meter for us. Maybe you can try call them to check ASAP.

The RM380 is the deposit for ur application of electricity n water supply which is pay to TNB n Syabas but not developer. But make sure u get the official receipt from developer.

The developer just collect the money on behalf of TNB n Syabas. U can get back of ur deposit when u terminate ur electricity n water account from them. U need to fill the application form too. Tat y the money not loan into ur loan account.

Took few photos from AH II level 20 few days ago wif my hp. Will upload 2moro or Sun ya.

i would not give the developer any money for the electric or the water. is better you apply by your self and pay them direct. it happen that developers took the money but did not pay to TNB or Synbas and run away. so be carefully.

My advice is pay to developer but MAKE SURE u get the OFFICIAL RECEIPT from them. If anything happen in future at least u got the receipt as a proof.

One of my friend applied the water n electricity suppy by himself for his condo few years ago. Guess wat happen? TNB installed his meter almost same time wif other units but Syabas delay his meter installation more than 1.5 month due to the meter out of stock. He complained to Syabas n their answer was his application was not the same batch wif other units. Tat y Syabas din keep the stock for him.

Somebody may say tat the developer collected the deposit so early coz they need the money to roll. Actually most of the developers pratice the same coz TNB n Syabas may need time to process all the applications. Wat can I say is not much v can do if they really use our money to roll.

End of December 2014 seems like delay for a year (12 months). Still acceptable if delay for 3 to 6 months. I'm starting to pay for the interest, and suppose to get it by 2013. Now I have to pay 1 more year interest for nothing? Hmmm.. any idea how we can proceed with the claiming? 12 months interest is not huge but is not little also leh.

After 36 months from your S&P date, you should able to claim back interest from the developer to offset whatever you have to paid

As long as they do it slow and quality, i am fine as to how long they take to build it up. Anyhow I am also one of the owner of AH3. Experience before with other condo's before when they rush... alot problems here n there especially water leaking from above... not a very good experience.

Cheers.

believe me, there is no QA in AH lol!
All you need to do is perform a detail defect checking after VP and always monitor every corner of your unit to find the latest defect after you move in. You will found plenty of defects that could let u crazy, btw some defect you will only noticed after you moved in e.g. water leaking issue.

Just search the topic in forum you will see how we "enjoying" the defect fixing period and renovation issue due to unclear rules set by PC.

AH1 and AH2 owner all faced this before, so AH3 owner good luck to you.
