Aman II Progress

Those are the photos I took this morning. Now Aman II already builted up to 22nd floors. But the brick wall only up to 18th floors. 19th floors brick wall is under contruction now.

I live in Serdang so that I can easily know what is the progress of Aman Heights. Hope these photos can help those Aman II buyer to know the progress of Aman II.

I think AHII is catching up. Ap per AHI last time....it was 1floor per week.....if thats the pace..then ...it gonna be up in 1 months time...

The developer had organised a Food Fiesta today to promote Aman II. I had received their invitation. So I had drop by there just now.

After one month time since my last visit, there is not much difference. I found that the Aman I Covered Carpark roof level still roofless but the pillar already there, just waiting for the cover. One more thing is they already erected few sign boards beside the pool, palyground and also the garden. I also saw some gym equipment inside the gym room. Aman II Covered Car Park haven start construction yet. But the piling works already done.

Aman II still got 41 units haven sell out. All the corner lots already sold out, now just leave the intermediate units and also few ground floor units. After one month time, I can see the sales is increasing now. Hopefully this situation will continue......

Yup... that's right but after they hit the 26th floor, everything becomes soooooooooo...... slooooooooowwwww......

Those are the photos I took this morning. Aman II start to built 23rd floors. But some of the unit in 22nd floors still under contruction. The brick wall up to 19th floors now.

Now also can see the "Aman Heights" on the entrance wall. Aman I now will on the lights at the night time.

I jus sign the SnP. I found tat Aman II still hv 47 units haven sell out since some of the previous buyer's loan reject by the bank. I oso confirm wif the lawyer tat the land which AH located now is under Tanah Simpanan Melayu. The developer oledi get the approval letter frm Pejabat Tanah Dan Galian. I hv get it frm developer n the letter stated tat as below"

" Mana-mana tanah yang dimiliki atau diduduki oleh orang bukan Melayu atau orang bukan Melayu mempunyai hak atau kepentingan tidak boleh diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu seperti termaktub dalam Perkara 89(4) Perlembagaan Persekutuan. Oleh demikian, jika lot-lot tanah yang tersebut di atas adalah ketika pengisytiharaan sebagai Rizab Melayu dimiliki atau diduduki oleh orang bukan Melayu dan selagi mana tidak pernah dijual kepada orang Melayu, hakmilik tersebut masih boleh diurusniagakan dengan bukan Melayu ataupun sekatan yang dikenakan itu tidak terikat sekalipun kawasan tanah bagi hakmilik sedemikian ke dalam Rizab Melayu.

Dalam erti kata lain, hakmilik tersebut apabila telah dibangunkan menjadi kondominium kelak boleh dijual kepada bukan Melayu tetapi tertakluk kepada kuota pembelian bumiputera yang disyaratkan oleh Pihak Berkuasa Negeri. Tat mean altho AH is under Tanah Simpanan Melayu but still can sell to non-bumi. In future, v can sell our unit to bumi or non-bumi but once sell to bumi it cant sell back to non-bumi anymore. Hope tis info is useful 4 all of u!

I don't quite get the reason for such a law. Since it is bumi reserved land, how is it possible be owned in the first place by non-bumis until the point its purchased by bumi. Very confusing indeed. Anyway, good to know.

Aman II start to built 24th floors now and the brick wall up to 20th floors already. Recently they only use 2 weeks time to build one floor. If tis sign continue, tat mean Aman II will be finish 26 floors by tis coming mid of August and start the internal work. Is tat a good sign for all of us?

Yes, that's a very good sign.
Good sign for all Aman I owner so that we don't have to hear so much construction noise when we finally move in.

Yo all.. I just registered for this forum and found out that all my neigbours are so active here ar. haha... Good to know that its 24th floor. I hope it finish on time next year.

any update on the AH2 recently?

Recently not free so never go to survey! By the way will go to check it out by 2moro n will update to u all guy! Cheers!

24th floors of Aman II is under construction now and the brick wall up to 21th floors already but still haven finish the whole floor. Guy pls check the following photos! Cheers!

do you all think that AH2 will deliver on time since teh AH1 have been settled down already.....

considering the delay of AHI is due to the dispute between Syabas and MPSJ which supposedly being resolved by now, plus AHII is progressing constantly at the moment, I don’t see any reason AHII will be delayed.. unless when AHI is occupied, the progress might be affected?

My concern as AH2 will be, AH2 no delay then i move in, then they start building AH3 which is just beside my unit.. sob sob.. sure got stress for the first year.. haha

So far sales person say Block 3 are only launch on august rights?
