Aman II Progress

Noticed they oredi started the carpark pile caps works since last week. But overall i still dun think they can finish AH2 at May or June next year.

External wall finishes including painting & coping may take 3 to 4 months time, carpark about 3 to 4 months as well, external works (roads, drain etc) about 2 months . I have no idea on stage of completion for the internal finishes (bcos cannot get in to see), so is a big question .

Actually, they can start their external finishes from the bottom 2-3 months ago. why still not started ??

If we refer & study back to previous site progress for AH 1 (based on AH website- progress photo) , the AH 1 external finishes was faster .

duno hw many workers they hired. the temp housing area for workers looks quite small only.

if slower than AH1, i guess 2011???stay for 1 yr then 2012, end of the world...

Hkway - yeah.. Actually im preparing myself to accept the completion date late in september or october.

well me too prepairing myself to accept the delivery by 2nd Q of the year.... hopefully AH 2 will be complte by that time....

I thought they promise to deliver the house on May? Someone even told me that they able to finish everything on March. They don't want to repeat the same mistake like AH1 that's why they give 2 months buffer

Hi, anyone know the progress of the construction of Aman II? I have not received any progress billing from the developer since I have signed the SPA last 4 months ago...

It's impossible to hand over on March la! Look at their status now...car park not even built then say what hand over March or May...Bullshit!
I think end of this year only can expect otherwise I will really fed up like last time AH1 case...haiiz...
why they like to delay the progree ar?can't Premium Konsortium hurry finish it up and hand it over to ppl especially they need to rushing for married! damn....

Yala.. ppl who need the house for married sure will be not happy for this.
Same things happen to the ppl on AH1 as well.

Even from now on the going on full force, i think earliest will still be @ August or Septem dy for completing the car park and AH2...

When I first bought AH1, they told me the handover will be in Dec 2008. Late late also Jan 2009. With CF some more they said.
And I think everyone know when AH1 buyer finally got their house.

Even with LAD, they are going to cheat also. Handover w/out CF (wait some more), Post-dated cheque (u dun actually get the money), u sure know their tactic.

Even with claiming LAD, during the delay period I still have to pay my rental at the current place. I still need to pay the interest to my loan. I still need to spend petrol and time go to site complain. I still need to pay Maxis to call AH and complain. Furniture and fixtures will naik harga once new petrol plan announce in May. I can think of so many reasons that I would rather they complete on time. But what to do....

Visited AH tis morning. Aman II still got 42 units unsold even more than b4! Most of it r from high floors.

aiya...they don't even bother to do some promotion and roadshow lar. I donno how they going to launch Aman 3 if keeps on like this

the only 1 time I saw advertisement of AH was when I was browsing some property magazine in Borders bookstore. Saw a small advert with the usual tagline Luxurious Living at Affordable Price

i did take some photos every now and then with my digital camera but i forgot where's my usb cable or memory card reader thus can't transfer the photos for upload.. wait, probably can use handphone to capture and transfer with bluetooth... give me some times..

I'm afraid u'll gonna get more tensed after I post the same looking photos over and over again...

and do not forget, you all got 18 test to pass after completion of building.
one day do one test also take another month dy and provided it all one time passing

I just hope this time they responsible a bit... don't VP until all inspections done...
