Aman II Progress

I jus took those photos 2day. 25th floors of Aman II still under construction and nearly complete. The brick walls now up to 22th floors already but haven fully done. V can foresee tat Aman II suppose finish the whole block by end of August or latest Sept. Hopefully the developer learn a lesson from Aman I issue n avoid it in Aman II.

May? I hope it completed earlier around jan or feb, then only drag us for CF for few months, at least wont reach end of year.. haha..

Now already August lo, if completed on mar, still got 8 more months to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed wif ur point. Hopefully Aman II will goin smoothly n wont repeat the mistake they hv done in Aman I. No matter how, I need more time to save more money! Feel so pressure now! Help!!!!!

I went to the site 2day afternoon n took some photos from Aman I 26 floors! Recently I found tat Aman II hv slow down their progress.

Normally they only take around 2 weeks time to complete one floor. But since the 1st day they built 25 floors until 2day almost 3 weeks times, 25 floors still haven completed. But the 22nd floors brick walls already done. Dun know y but I hope tat everything will goin smoothly. The developer already billed me the for 55% progress payments.

Aman II still got 36 units unsold n they r planning for Aman III now. According to them Aman II now got 10k discount. Total 7 sets of gym equipments already in place. They also drew the badminton court line in the hall already.

Do you mean 10K discount for those buying now?? You mean those who already made the purchase missed out?

I think so. But I'm not sure new buyer still got other free gift or not like the dryer or parking lot......

Actually tat is a marketing strategy to finish sell out Aman II lah. If v alway compare, v alway cant get the best one. If v compare to Aman I, Aman II price already increase n some of us also never get LCD TV like the early bird buyer.

So no compare no sad loh! Ha......

Just hope that they can finish selling off all the units and won't run away.

I never c any worker working on Aman II in tis few days. The construction works seem like stopped n cant c any progress for the 25 floors. I started worry on it.

Hopefully is my self too sensitive, mayb all the worker hide inside the building working for inner works. Mayb?

I thought Aman II got discount RM10k if they only take 1 car park. Or is it they give discount RM10k even they got 2 car parks?

probably thoes workers are working on rectifying the defects on AH1?

If you take 10k discount, then you cant take the 2 car park.. you can only choose one.. thats my package lar that time.. haha..

I dun hv interest on Aman III since it haven start to built. I jus worry on wat is happening for the developer n wat is the ending of Aman I n Aman II. Getting worry recently coz heard a lot of bad news regarding the developer.......

Hi, any update on Aman II progress? Is it already up to 26 floor or still at 25 floor ar?

i think it is still at 25 last weekend, not sure what is the status now.

I'm sorry to inform tat the construction STOPPED at 25 floors. I cant c any progress since end of July/early of August until today! There are totally no workers working on Aman II. I'm not sure where are workers n wat is goin on recently. Tis never happen b4!

I dun think Aman II can finish the building structure by end of tis month. Mayb somebody know wat is happening pls share it!

Oh no... wat is happening to all the workers. Sad to hear that no progress for Aman II , huh....

dun worry, i guess it is normall for all the worker now doing the touch up for AH I, dun forget they need to attend to all 266 unit for AH I defect complain within 30 days according to S&P.

after this I am sure they will go back go normal progress.

ya kelvin you are correct. Was there last weekend and the sales person said that they are currently working on the defect complain in Aman I and they just finish untill level 4 if not mistaken. Any 1 who stay in level 1-4 can confirm this?

en, I dun think they go by level, they go by defect complain letter submission. Mine unit on lvl 5 already touch up weeks ago but after checking still few thing I not satisfy so put in another defect complain. haha.

I was one of the owner on AH Level 4. Submitted my defect mid of July 09.
However, no call /letter from AH to confirm that the defect had been rectified and fixed.
Probably will drop by this weekend to check the status

Maybe your summission abit late gua. I am sure mine is top 5 to summit the defect complain. But wats the point? CF not ready yet >.<

coz all attend to Kelvin house.... never ending complain on the defect...
