Just put it in your application form. If they dun allow then u just make the hole anyway. Just make sure it dun fall down and kill anyone.

Hans... Those are main wall man... if its drop can kill someone off, at least im still alive, but if the whole building collapse, im dead... hahaha

If the people who took the reno package can make a hole there, there's no reason for the management to stop us from doing the same. Of course it should be just a 6" hole enough for the ducting outlet only lah and not a brand new window. BTW, not suppose to drop all the way. There's a aircond ledge just outside the wall. One guy would have to stand there to collect the debris though.

dude, follow ur idea, I also ask my kitchen cabinet agent to add the 2 side rack at the opening space. it cost me additional RM350. dun know is reasonable or not =.=

ur rright dude...so far..i find the buenos package of 19k for the basic is still good....the rest i think take individually.....

Did it have colour on all sides? Top, sides, bottom? They call that colour board I think. MDF?
If yes, then SUPER cheap. Mine is RM500 and it's suppose to be as a favour since I'm getting all the rest (cabinets, wardrobe, etc.) from them.
A word of caution regarding the racks though (in case I forget to mentioned it last week).
Dun do it if you are a heavy cooker especially with lots of frying and big fire !!!
It would be hell to clean if it gets oily.
Although I've bought a very big cooker hood, I also dunno whether it will be able to suck out all the fume.
So maybe I'll still have to do my (favourite) frying on a make shift table in the yard and my Maggi me inside.
I do have thoughts on putting up a blind / curtain kinda thing at the hole....still thinking.. maybe tonite I will dream about it.

hmm... I get ur point, my hood and hod setting is at the end of the L shape. I had quite a distance, so hopefully it would not cause the problem that u mention. If it did happen, then will have to do frying at the yark like wat u say lor >.<

Price is for L shape kitchen is as below:
Melamine door + hardboard top = RM5132
Melamine door + solid surface = RM7612
Melamine door + granite top = RM8077
Melamine door + concrete top = RM6312.

sliding door antijump wardrobe RM430perft including accessories and can design own door
swing door RM300/ft

Hi madoct10. I saw in a couple of forums that Unity Design is highly recommended by the forumers. And if i'm not mistaken they mentioned they don't do the concrete top. Are you sure they do concrete top as well? If they do, i'll most likely ask them for quotation for my kitchen cabinet too.

They gave me the quotation for concrete top.....I also got a friend of mine who recommended Unity Design. The salesgirl is nice too and they are very confident with their price. They said, we can go to many2 place and then compared.

Hi Madoct, I also considering Unity due to good review from forums and reasonable price. Visited their shop and got rough quote (not sure the person is the "leng lui" u mentioned
The design I request from them slightly different than urs (shorter wall cabinet and no tall unit), so price is cheaper a bit. Plan to do concrete top.
I surveyed another one in Kota Damansara (Kent Kitchen), price is slightly more expensive. Kian Classic I also went but already drop. This weekend plan to go to Welco and a few more shops before decide.

from Unity Kitchen/Unity Design also....this one is the simple design.... any other design can be consider?

The price that you've there is quite reasonable. Which shop you got it from? isit come with soft close hinge?
