Anyone have any idea on how's the water pressure at AH? I am looking to purchase water heather, considering to get those with out pump.Any idea?
My advise, get the one with a built-in pump.

Re: Renovation Plan for 2011
they says lower level will get lower pressure coz the system works by pumping the water to the top and let it flow down...correct me if wrong

Re: Renovation Plan for 2011
Now AH1 fully occupy? All resident already move in? or only half?
My experience at the current condo I stay, the water pressure is very high at first few year while only around half of the tenant moving in. The water pressure started becomes low after whole building had been fully occupied.
Example, when someone is washing dishes or the washing machine is working, the water pressure will be affected if you take shower on same time.
Maybe can only install 1 water heater (with pump) at MB bath room and install 1 water heater (no pump) at common bath room.
Pana shower without pump only RM250-350 but with pump at least RM550++

Re: Renovation Plan for 2011
from my experience, i'm using Panasonic DH-3HE1M for both my bathroom. when i turn the water input to the max, the 3600W heater is not sufficient to keep the water hot, merely warm even if i turn the temperature to the max on average day.. so normally i have to limit the water input to almost half to enjoy shower at my desired temperature
but then again, you can 'inspect' the water output before you decided to go with or without pump

Re: Renovation Plan for 2011
DH3HE1M is not a jet pump shower but it have buble jet massage mode, the water pressure is high so the water is not warm enough. The water presure too low then cannot enjoy the massge right??
I remember someone said AH1 only ½ occupied by tenant.
If all 266units is fully occupied then maybe the water pressure will be “ok” or slightly lower if compare with now.

The water tank is at the 26th floor.
Usually the lower floor will have higher water pressure.
But I believe there are some sort of buffer or valve in between (dunno at which floor) that help restrict the water flow / pressure somehow.
Else the guy on ground floor will have burst piping everynight.
Think of it this way, if u got one without a pump and after everyone have moved in and the water is practically dripping like a little boy pee, would you need to go buy another one? Make it a one time investment lah...
If not hot enough then go buy one with bigger heating capacity lor. But then again it's not that green right? Extra electricity consumption some more.

That should be correct if both are using water at the same time. But when it's not consumed, lower level will have higher water pressure.
