kitchen =5k
living = sofa + dining set = 3k
master room = 4k
side room= only 2 small cabinet as i would not be occupy for the currently.

U also need to calculate elec appliances.for economic type,30k should be enough (but dun ask all high grades item la)

Hopes this help as i was budgeting on my reno also.gonna start the thing next week i think

L-shape kitchen with granite topping and full height cabinet, dinning partition with mirror (something like AH show room), TV cabinet with background decoration, master bedroom L-shape full height wardrobe, bed frame with side tables and background decoration, plaster ceiling for whole house with down lights, stainless steel main grill, yard window with mild steel grill - all these about 45K.

Doesn't include electrical appliances and furniture. If those are included, estimate another 20K, thus total might come up to 65K.
