Construction work on Sunday and Saturday at new Block C

Hi

The developer is not taking heed from the stop work order on any Sunday and half Saturday .

At this moment ( 0817 hours ) work is going on at the site.This is a blatant infridgement of instruction and the lawa as enacted in t he local municipalities .

FYI the developer was fined once for working on Sunday few months ago.But they are repeating the offence and total disregard of the law and rest day for the residents.

Go take a look outside your balcony now people....

Although i m far side from AH3, i guess we should do something if our peace on weekend is disturbed. We bought a resort condo not a construction condo.

Anyway it was solved at 10. After I pushed the local police to
come over.

Lets see next Sunday.

just wonder, are they shd be off on sun? previous n last sun, they still working , i was getting up by the hammering noise 815+am

i was spoken to the management guy(indian) on last weekday, he said need to ask management , n last sun i managed to spoke with a lady from developer, she asked me to talk to the management(the indian). See they just direct me to different different ppl... sign...

sunday also cannot rest....
