I still recall AH told me please be considerate because this is a big amount of money and thus they need to pay by installment. Any amount larger than 2k is by installment. When I informed this is my right to ask for a lump sum payment just like what they asked for the service charge and if late, then interest incurred, they just keep quiet and said this installment is just their proposal and the receiving party can reject that. For me, I haven't made any official claim yet.

Those who affected by the delay, anyone of you manage to receive a response from the AH office on the matter of LAD claim on premature VP?

pg, how do you claim? I am on the way of writing for LAD claim. The claim is till the date of VP or till the date of CF application was accepted? Can shed some lights?

LAD is liquidated ascertained damages. You can claim the LAD from the developer in the event that the developer has delayed in handing over the vacant possession of the Property within the time stipulated in the SPA.

BUT VP not equal to CF , still cannot move in to stay, it a loophole for developer for not being charged for LAD or minimise it.

But i think later developement all no need CF anymore, just CCC which issued by Architect is enough.

Dunno AH 2 follow which one??

You can try. Case to case basis. You get more but that based on you deal with developer and whether you agree with what they proposed. Otherwise, you need to escalate your claim to the housing tribunal if you are not satisfied with their further compensation on the premature matter. This is the part that is time consuming.
