When You Want to Move In ???

So after months and months of screwing the developer (which they deserve it), we finally have the CF.
And many have already started their renovation.
So the next question is....

WHEN DO YOU WANT TO MOVE IN TO AMAN HEIGHTS ?

this is a tough question !!!
although I migh finish my reno earlier, but I dun want to move in then only my left and right neighbours start their reno. I will go crazy!!! =.=
anyway, I still plan to move in before chritmas hopefully.
still cant identify who is my neighbours till today =.=

same goes here..maybe early december of january..let all settle wif reno

i think some of the owner will move in mid of november.some1 is rushing for wedding house rite?

I'm definitely know got one guy will move it no matter what in nov... his current house is going to explode.. HAHAHA

safety is also an issue to consider,rite?

I saw a unit completed the renovation and the family has moved in. Wow!!!

i wish to move in by end of the year, hopefully latest by 2010 Chinese New Year..

Yesterday I saw the fat uncle moving. Or maybe he's just helping someone to move lah. But it's obviously some moving activity going on lah. Got teddy bear lah, got shampoo lah, got tooth brush lah. In case you are wondering, I did not rummage through his stuffs ok. It was raining and I was standing there waiting to run into my car and saw all that stuffs on the floor. So this could explain why our defects took forever to settle. Maybe he's busy settling his own unit first. Haha.. maybe lah...

So for those who plan to move in soon, if the defects are not entertained by the developer yet, hws it goin to be? open 1 eye close 1 eye?

ytrday went to AH to have a look at 8plus.saw no unit lights on,only the corridor light.the bad thing is,i saw the security room is light off and a gang of bikers were hanging around the entrance...when i was about to leave,one guy come out from the room and was putting his uniform on.feels like he was sleeping inside.and who are those bikers?looks so unsafe..

Huh?! Gang of biker?? That's doesn't sound good.......

This one shouldn't be a big issue lah. Next time when we really move in already, we just call the police everytime we see such group hanging around lah. I will not say they'll response within 2 minutes but they do show up lah. Next time if they still hang around we sms to each other lah. One time 10 person call to the police station, make it sound serious then they'll response faster.
Guard sleeping? Kinda common but of course not acceptable lah. If we catch him red handed then just sack him.
It could be worse. If you guys have taken the shortcut to the Bukit Jalil exit through the Tmn Perindustrian BS, you should have noticed a gated community there just before u reach the tmn perindustrian. What I always saw there is a bunch of foreign workers course there's where they're all staying around. There's a guard house right at the entrance to the gated community. But the problem is the guard is also the reason the Bangla are all loitering there coz they're all buddies. I dunno whether the residence there got complain or not but this is even more dangerous. That's why we need to have good representatives later in the JMB. Anything not right we complain kau kau. Else if we depend on the Management sure no action one.

Hehehe we got group of guard instead of 1.......calling the police??? Hmmm.......i had the experience before......they only come like after 1 hour......

a few AH owners hv started to move in and stay. but not much using the residents carpark.dark n quiet.

btw,security is quite ok.some condos they onli check those with vehicles and let those who walk bypass the security.AH security ask for identity.good!

I wonder why is the is NO auto gate for the exit at the guard house and only available at the entrance. Security purpose?

Also there is no roof at the gate as well. When rain, woo woo......

cm, there is security check on the exit. It is for security purposes.
I personally agree on that.

Actually we can wave the access card in the car but be make sure the it is near enuf to the sensor. I never open my car window to wave to access card. So, it shouldnt be any problem during raining day...

So far only 7 people have planned about moving?
