When will get CF?

Anyone know by when we can obtain the CF?

The sales person told me is end of this Aug with no promise.

How about others?

This might the trick they play to have VP though a lot of things not completed so that they can avoid further LAD. Imagine 3 more months!!! If their finishing is good, then it will ease our anger. But with the poor finishing and workmanship, and with such a delay yet with a lot of things still work in progress, I am disappointed though in my mind I already anticipated this will come and only to receive CF beggining of 2010 in view they still haven't completed the thing.

Last time life's on hold pending handover.
Now our life's on hold again becoz of no CF.
Sigh...

It is too bad. I was told because of water issue, the CF cannot be approved and when I asked again today, this time they told me they also have no idea. This is just my guessing. But looking at the progress, it could be more complicated. I just pray for getting CF soonest possible. In my case, I need to pay the installment, and now service charge. This come out with a significant amout. The LAD won't help anymore in view that VP is done. Really a pain for me. I start getting the points of why some people in other blog are so concerned on the developer accountability and truthworhty. A lesson but with high price.

what !! i hope it wount. although I had posted bout this trick before on my previous post but nobody is responding, so I though I am worry too much =,=. now some ppl told me 3 months!!!

WTF...i think v should check with authority on wat is the correct procedure and practice for a developer to hand over.. VP without CF is sucks. by looking at the ground work..there are still many to touch up..outer look ok...but inner look with details is sucks. So, reporting this will alert authorithy to giv pressure on developer next time no cf no vp...at least u gain LAD at the end of the day rather than paying everything for nothing...u think we printing money one ar? im sure authorithy will side one purchaser side! Brother and sister..please stand up for something...we are young...but not ignorant!

Now i was worried if they will somehow drag the CF till the completion of AHII,it is because they sell it block by block.Even till now the clubhouse is still empty right?

P/s: For those who had paid them,are you aware of this senario now? It is obvious that we are paying for some empty building and not something for us to move in yet.It is happy when we knew they are giving VP but it become more down due to late CF again.

i guess..any of us..really need to hve a word with the person in charge,explain the scenario to the buyers.. held a meeting or some sort between developer n AH owners... see what we can clarify.. different story from everyone is confusing..end of the day we are in the loosing part..

when i called in today..the lasy said trying by end of august..but no promises.. i bet the next month they will say the same thing..if this continues..im not going to pay any service charge or wat so eva...dammit...

Just took my initiative and check out the status from MPSJ. I getting a big shock from the info I got. I will not share anything at this moment, I in the process to contact all relavant party and getting black and white copy now.
What I can tell is, CF will not be issue so soon

Hi Kelvin. I know what you have get the info coz I also call them (they also informed me that you called them) and I also shocked. Hopefully you can contact all relevant party and getting black and white. Now dunno want to proceed to buy this condo... huh...

Land title issue? Building not safe? Developer ran off? Got ghost, aliens, monster? Arrhhh.... the suspense is killing me....

Why dun we all go this Saturday to confront the developer and get the story straight.
I proposed Sat (8th Aug 09), 10.00 a.m., AH Sales Office.
Can go check the facilities together also.

tried to call them twice but to no avail, no one picking up my call after the operator transferred me to "bangunan" department.. it's only 4 something and they are off the office already??

Kelvin, since we are all AH buyer, who not can you share you infor to us, then we can decide what can we do next...............
