When will get CF?

Any good news that the CF will be released next week?

Yesterday , i went to AH. CF received and they are preparing doc to post it to all unit owner. But i noticed that the defect for some of the unit is not yet complete fixed. Still need to wait for moving in.

Good news!!! I am now pending defect rectification which is more than a month. Chased them and they said ah ah ah. Sigh...... need to wait until this is fixed, then only can start reno.

Which means AH1 got the CF finally??!!Very Envyyyyy...........!!!!Congratulations to AH1 purchaser!!!!!!!!!

I saw some of the units oledi installed the grill n aircon when I visited Aman I 2day.

May i knw how do you plan to do your wiring works ? i've asked the mangement, but they do not allow to do the wall hacking works....

Not only on wiring, how about air con, kitchen hood which also required hacking and making holes?

For those that still not aware. AH I CF had been approve on 21 October 2009. Each of you will get a copy of CF certificate from developer by post soon. Cheers to all AH I user and happy renovation :p

well about hacking and wiring.. basically follow the devoloper rules..else our deposit will burn..so im not consealing the wiring... im covering up wit plaster ceiling and also wall cabinets...

there is always many restriction when dealing with Condo properties compare to landed properties. This is a fact and I am sure all of you had take this into consideration before plaining to go for condo properties. Just discuss with management, they might allow minor hacking.

talk about our management office...Zzz...today i make appointment with the gal name "azian" ( not sure the name ) to get my final key (because last week she forgot where she put my final key), time is 9.30am...then i wait until 10.20am, she still not appear. This girl is not working one.

Highrise building wall could not be simply hacked coz most of the highrise buildings are using shear wall system (which is part of the building structure to transfer the loading down the the foundation). AH is using shear wall system which you won't see any big columns at AH. Hacking of any wall within the building need to get the consent from the developer and structural engineer's assistant are required to ensure the strucutral integrity of the buildings. In summary, hacking of any structural wall of the building would not be allowed. Approval from the respective structural engineer are required for any modification of the building structures (coz they are resposible for the building structure in safe condition).

But hacking of non structural wall such as brick wall should not be a problem.
