not to offence but ting, I think you should reconsider AH and go for landed properties if you really concern that much for all this issue. I means condo sure got risk of all this earthquake matter, and I dun think AH is earthquake proof cause it will at least another 30% increase in cost to build a earthquake proof condo, you think the price we get will include that? :p
If you still like AH, have faith with it and bear in mind all the risk you might get

o rite..i do consider landed..but damn expensive.......well...nw the main problem for aman height is nt get the CF......

For sure most of the existing building in M'sia are not consider the earthquake design except KLCC. Until to date, highrise buildings in m'sia are not required to consider earthquake impact and currently there is not any building design guideline for earthquake in our country. So, do you think developer will spend additional money to build a earthquake resistant building?
