RM1000 Renovation Deposit?

Post by hanyighost on Wed Oct 14, 2009 8:26 pm

Just now when i fill in the Renovation Application Form, i only realize that we need to pay RM1000 refundable deposit.
Walao, normally when they said is REFUNDABLE, then have to wait until N years then only can refund.
We MUST pay?

Yup, that's right. Supposingly that's for just in case you damage any facilities. But no worries, we do the same thing that they did to us lah. We also give them post dated cheque lah !!! And if they said won't accept then good chance for us to screw them again. And if they accept, then by the time your reno is done, just go cancel your check lah. Good idea?

FYI, the deposit will only returned to us 3months after they have clarified that your unit is ok...postdated cheq is definitely the best idea...

last time they said we can not do renovation because of CF haven approved. But now since they announce that CF has been approve and just waiting the CF to release, then i think they have no reason do not allow us to do renovation, am i right?

Is not for one purpose...is better to give management cheque when u make payment next time like sinking fund...this is to make sure they bank-in to the management account and not roll around with the cash...

I got news that they won't accept cheque. Only CASH. If cash then I'm sure u won't see your moeny even after u have long finish your renovation. Sucks...

yes.. only cash accepted... and any minor reno like wiring and grill once done money can collect upon cheking done by mgmt.. very efficient..haha coz i told them to do so...

those having plaster ceiling or cabinet .. will be once we done our works.. thye will pass it asap.. not kept till 3 months as said in the book..and make sure our guys clean up the mess after reno ,coz kenot throw simply at rubbish bin.

those having plan to change the tile..or major reno..only will have to wait till 3 months..coz they said it might effect the building structure..

so..just pasture for ur money once ur done wif ur reno..they will pay up.. hehehe..coz they had enough wif me when i keep on kutuk abou the LAD cheques..wakakaa
