yes i know. The best bet is expat students from UPM, UNITEN, Lim Kwok Wing and Multimedia Uni. No one is going to spend RM1K for luxury apartment at Bkt Serdang except for them. You may try to get local UPM students, you must be prepared to how up to 6 or 7 in a house for them to rent at AH. Seven local students will be able to manage RM1K in rent. Expat students can easily sign on to a RM1K lease with 3-4 students. Some of the expat graduate students are with family (wife/husband) and kids. If they have personal transport, they will want to rent at AH.

Take note that AH is competing against South City Condo/Eastlake/Fortune Park/Heritage/Jutamines in term of rental market. All of the stated condos/apartments are on the path of UPM buses. Try to avoid expat fratboys in groups. They do the most damage. lol

Very far. In fact, there's no bus or taxi or other public transport going up to Bukit Serdang. Students, please dun rent your place in Aman Heights. It's not convenient for u. It's too steep for your bikes to go uphill and there's not enough parking for your cars. You can't park by the road side becoz the residents will call up the traffic police daily to give u beef jerky. We dun like u coz u play LAN game with your Altec Lansing & Logitech in full blast until 4-5 am in the morning. Hahahhaa...
