does not really matter my concern is on aman 3 or the court...coz the court is build on aman 3 carpark, if no more aman 3, no more carpark, then no tennis or basketball as well...

I asked the sales person before on the AH3, they will launch maybe early next year...dunno true or not lar...if no AH3, then the court can build on the land lor...maybe can make 2 courts...hahaha

developer already get approval to build 3 condo. It is impossible developer will let got this "meat". futhermore, this project is not build and sales later, they using our purchaser money to build, as long as they get 40% ppl commit into the project, it is already profitable guarantee. Will you give up if you are developer? :p

but aman 2 until nw stil gt 50 plus units left....if built aman 3, might very hard to sell out.....actually i feel that 2 building is already can fullfil the demand at there already....shuold build basketball court, tennis court adn squash court at that area...mayb sauna room too...

oh, serious? whose sales person tell u that? kenny? sam? I dun think they can just bought over AH3 unless they bought over the whole project. means AH1 to AH3.

when i booked my unit last time,i was told that AHIII whole building is not for sales.It is booked by some western company for their staff to occupy it.So that's mean our unit can be easily rent out around 1.3k per month.this is wat they say went i buy my unit.
Dunno it is the same story currently.

This is a damn old story, about 2.5 years ago. I think this is kind of an excuse to explain AH3 which is still yet to actualize and waited for long time.

agree with you kelvin. Was there this morning and the whole showroom is empty only. Hardly see any advertisement and roadshow also. Still can see a lot of unit unsold in Aman 2. I dun think they will launch Aman 3 that fast

i do agree,now seldom can see new potential buyer visiting the show unit.
But my whole idea was to live in or sell out only.Never think of renting out.

pingpong table is the cheapest facility. the table is not going to spoil except if u sit on it. clever developer, pingpong table doesn't cost much...the worst facility, children playground and "basketball court"..i think those backyard basketball courts as seen in tv is bigger than this. ppl just hang a net above the garage door.some more above carpark. bt the arrangement so good, when we reach the facilities, we already have enough exercise already...
