no tha money to be paid to lawyer..then will pay when requested ..lawyers will ack as trustee....

hans, mind to share, what is the rate you getting and which bank? I am sure alot of ppl need refinance as well.

actually i've told in the forum last time..its BLR-2.1 for 1st 6yrs & -2.2 for the rest...lawyer transfer fee is less than RM1500...
