Nursery/Playgroup

Hello everyone,
Not sure how many can relate to this but anyhow I am sure some would consider about this sooner or later. According to the AH brochure, there is nursery in AH. I did asked the sales person before and he said that they have not found anyone to take up the nursery yet. Apparently there is a room at the club house reserved for this purpose. I believe residents of AH who are parents of pre-school children would definitely welcome a nursery or a playgroup in AH which would be so convenient (at least I would).

Anyone here at this forum have pre-school kids? Maybe some parents in AH can come together and form a playgroup of some sort.

Anyone have any information or thoughts on this?

Ya, tis is stated in AH brochure but unfortunately it din stated in my SnP. I'm sure the SnP of u all r the same.

Does this mean that it they are not obligated to provide the nursery service? BTW, who are actually in charge of or decide who are the occupants of the club house shops/services? I thought this is in the decision of the management ... which partly will be composed of residents.

All the mention service will be reserve by management but it will not be run by management. All the service include nursery, cafeteria, minimart .....and so on are open for biding. For nursery base rental is 600 per month (depends on the room space, price from 400 - 1500) but if ,more than one party bid for the same service, it will depends on the price. Higher bid price will won the deal :p

The sad part now is management will not obligate to run the nursery service themself, so if no ppl are interest to open a nursery center here, the unit will just empty untill somebody take it. At this moment, only minimart and cafeteria had ppl start to bid and asking. Nursery not yet, any ppl have fren that interest to run a nursery are wellcome to start their buiness in AH :p

Anybody who are staying at home mom with young kids like to form a playgroup with my wife n my kid??? =) If so , please do show your interest in this session. Thanks.

there are too many nursery with nice playground and facilities around bkt serdang.very hard to compete with them.not sure ppl will be interested to start their business at AH...

What I mean was playgroup 'at home'...just casually meeting up n kids playing together at home. I am not intending to set up a business or something. =)
Anyway it's also nice to hear that there's good nursery at least near by AH. Any recommendation on which one ? Thanks

pneuma,sorry for the misunderstanding...i was refering to the discussion title,not urs. ...they were discussing about the space left for ppl to tender to do nursery at the clubhouse.
Anyway,ur idea of gathering kids to play is good.get to know each other,good for kids and the parents as well.especially to share experience which is good for 1st time parents...

for 0age,do you mean something like nanny?Actually i'm not from serdang.bt i'll see what info i can get.mostly the nursery i saw are at least 3yrs old.serdang got really alot,jz bkt serdang i think i saw at least 4.1 is the 'you miao'.then 1 is made of 4 units of Bungalow.nowadays really competitive..myself dont hv any children yet and not for now.still unable to support one yet.
