get back my deposit

Hi all,

my loan application had been rejected by the bank..
and i already send the bank rejection letter to the sales person..
the sales person said will help me handle it..but already 1 months..
still din get response from them...will call them tmr again..
hope can get back soon...

if any sales person look on this...please reply..
*Please don remove this topics as i not trying to attach AH...
just want to get back my deposit...

I'm not sure u still interesting in AH or not? If yes, y not u try another few banks? Different bank different practice. Anyway the final decision is up to u......

Jus share my experience. Actually b4 I decided bought AH, I hv booked n paid my 1k deposit for another condo in Puchong. But at the end, I decided go for AH but not the other one due to many reasons.

So I told the developer my bank loan was rejected n I ask the banker purposely reject my loan to get the reject letter so tat I can get back my deposit (Most of the developer will practise like tis n ask for the reject letter to proof). But finally the developer never ask for anything n they hv refunded me the 1k in 3 weeks time.

I think u need to follow up closely wif them regarding tis issue. But I dun hv any reason AH developer will forfeit ur 1k.

* Last, as I know all of us in tis forum r good guys. So no one will remove tis topic. Am I rite, our Admin n Moderators? Laughing

According the the sales person, the 1K booking fee is fully refundable regardless of the bank loan. Even if you have your loan approved and eventually decided not to buy for whatever reason, you should be able to get the money back.

As far as I know they are quite busy now with the handing over process of AH I. I suggest you continue to call them or visit them ... bug them a bit and they will refund you faster.

Unfortunately, I dun think there's any sales people here.
Even if there are any "spy" here, I doubt that they'll help.
As far as I know, the sales person are not involved in the AH1 handover.
Try calling their admin instead of the sales people to voice out your concerns.

I no longer interest in AH due to some reason... now i just want to get back my money... according to the sales
they say i can refund 100% from them once my loan application is rejected by banker.. but when i call them to inform this.. they say the booking fees only can be refund when the applicationis reject by 3 banker..
But no one is telling me this when i pay the booking.. i din receive any document is saying that too...

So nice? i never heard this too.. i had been call them for one month... but the response always is "we already submit your letter to management... they will proceed.." Mad

Are you staying nearby to the AH? if yes try drop by the office and talk to the admin there or sales manager which I hope he is in. Not Asst. Manager Razz

this is the first time i heard the booking refunds need 3 bank rejection...sigh....
sometime i dunnoe is my misstake or not..looks like they try to not answer my call..
i had tried few times..when i call in...a girl will answer a call.. and i say i want to talk to their marketing manager..
everything fine till now.. after i tell the girl that my name... then the girl will say wait... after that she say..."Miss XX is not around.. can u leave ur message..."
after 20 minutes.. i call back.. i use anohter name... then ok..i can talk with the manager...

besides this, i cant get to call the sales person who was serve me last time with my cell phone...
but i always get him with my office phone...

will try to call them this week again...

yup..i work near by only... will go there if really no choices...sometime we should not give them so many chances to listen their excuse.... Mad

Hv u actually write in a black n white letter to them beside the reject letter? If not, my opinion is better do it as the proper way. Last time (other condo) I hv personally send in a letter n ask them verify on my own copy.

Yes.. i acutually have send a letter and the bank rejection letter to them last time.. they promised me will process this since the early on this month... what happen now is... if i not call them, they will never call me and tell me the latest news... and everytime when i call in, i need to pretend other to call them, if not i will get the right person to talk about this.. I will go their sales office these few day.. Mad ... sigh..

Really agree with you that they will not update us if the things side us more. Like lastime I have my problem of not getting my LCD tv and I need to ask a few time. Now the introduction fees also not yet. The Asst. Sales manager told me it will give me a check after my friend's first drawn from the bank and I get to know it already has.

finally i get the responses from the marketting manager.. of course, is i call them again...
What i know from her is, they agreed to refund to me but need to wait the process from HDA fund..
they say it will take 1 to 2 months to process this... is it really that slow?? And what i wondering now is,
why they cannot refund to me with their company money and y must wait for the HDA ??

Ting, I hv moved ur post to tis related topic. I'm not sure the banker nowaday so kind can help u get the reject letter but the other hand u din gif them sale.

Anyway u can try ur luck lah! If u got friend work as banker is better loh!
