Dryer Machine - state in S&P ?

Hi guys,
last time about year 2007, the salesperson mention that we will get Free Dryer machine if we purchase a unit.
but recently i checked the S & P, it did not state there.. is my careless mistake for that ..anyone of you got idea on this ?

Which block u purchase? Aman I or II? When I purchased Aman II, the salesperson told me about tis too. I dun think so tis offer will included in our SnP since all the rule n reguration in our SnP which call Schedule H is standard for all the condo.

Last time when I planning buy another condo in Puchong, the developer hv provided me 1 copy of black n white list stated out all the free gift. I think v need to follow up wif the developer regarding tis matter. Mayb Aman I purchaser can gif some comment here.

I've talked to the Sales Person regarding the dryer.
AH already purchased the dryer and its being locked in the stored room. Brand : Haier.

The dryer will be deliver to the purchaser upon the arrival of CF.

it is stated in the checklist when u get ur keys...

only will be iven once we got our CF..

The dryers are all on the ground floor. You can see it all stacked up through the windows.
You can request for the dryer before the CF is issued BUT no guarantee that it'll still be there when you move in.

I've request the sales person to issue a black & white before, but end up they just using hand writing in my booking receipt with his sales manager signature on it.
Since i m from AH2, i'm worry if they will "forget" or sunddenly change to other thing after 1 year time ...

if im not mistaken, the dryer machine should be provided by the developer to every purchaser due to the new Authority requirement. correct me, if im wrong.

checked with them..staff in aman heights said no any black & white and it will delivery to every unit upon move in. according to them lah

Haier? Is a China branded, a famous brand in China but not Malaysia. Never use tis brand b4. I seldom use China brand coz......

I think u no need worry so much. I dun think AH developer will cheat all of the AH II purchaser jus coz the dryer. Definately they will keep their image good since tis is their 1st project. Some more according our Aman I neighbours, they already confirm tat they will get the dryer too. So dun worry b happy!

Nowadays, all brand also same one lah.
Same because they're all made in China.
It used to be made in Taiwan, but now it's all China mari.

I'm not really a big fan of China brand but what choice do we have when everything nowadays are made in China. From clothings to peanut butter and all our canned pork product.

No matter how tat is still a different there between typical China brand n other foreign brand made in China. Wat I mean is their quality control. Foreign company which invest in China got their standard QC procedure but typical China company seldom. Mayb someone use China brand handphone b4 should know.

Yes, I totally agree with you, I feel the same. I never dout bout china technology or their capability of produce good product. The only thing for them lacking is QC control. They do not practice tight QC like euro country, so buying the local brand product like buying jackport, depends ur luck, some ppl can get the same brand and same product using more than 10 years, some less than a month.
but dun worry, Haeir is a good brand, they even produce medical grade equipment supply to hospital.

Ha..... I never worry about it. V cant ask for more since the dryer is a free gift. Am I rite? But for sure I wont buy tis brand for my other electrical when I move in.

Actually can ask the anti-terrorist dude to do the job because the machine is torturing those clothing of yours...Oh ya,they usually wear those single eyed glass to see how much fighting power the machine got.Just incase they turned to "Transformer" and shoot them back...

If all else fail, u can use "sun kan chuen yi" @ teleportation to move the dryer.
If that also cannot then just summon the dragon and make a wish lor.

dude, the monkey u mention is saiyan gen4 la in GT. that kids can only turn to gen4 not gen3.

i don't watch GT as it's not from the original author the plot goes beyond my acceptance level

anyway if there's really dragon balls and we can summon it, might as well wish for AH1 and AH2 to be completed immediately with every facilities ready and of perfect quality, oh and every unit fully furnished with best of class everything.. plus also the value of AH appreciate by say 1000%??
