Car Park Defects

I've made official complaints about the carparks when I went last Sat.
Some bays are not so bad but both mine got lots of hardened cement on the surface.
I've also complained about the ugly looking ceiling of the car park. It looks like patch work. Horrible.
If you're going again and have not complained about it, please do get another form and make it official.
BTW, car can go in already but need to get a pass from the guard.

How about the defects at the center door of the building, the security device there, in the middle of both device, there is a crack and can see cable inside the wall.. I saw it in one of the photo in this forum and saw it again on that day when I went there with my friend...

Will we have group visit and a form of defects for all the structure? the swimming pool, gym room, stair case for our condo.. got? haha..

The car park is really not acceptable when I did my inspection. The ceiling and the wall are really terrible.

The car park belong to AH 1 only.. If you want developer to notice that, you guys should really organise a group trip to AH..

How about the roof top canopy? Is it OK? Mayb someone can share the photo huh? Coz my car parks r in the roof top leh! Scare scare now!

Last sunday i went there, there is no roof yet for the car park, but when i asked the person incharge, it will be done soon.

Car park the area not smooth can complain about it wan ah? do you think the car park in between level or ceiling is quite low?

Of course. I've already submitted the complaint form. We can always complaint, just whether they'll layan us or not only. But i'll make them layan me lah. Ceiling low can't do anything but I think it's ok lah.

The only difference I saw since last time I visited is they already cleaned up the place but it seem like haven touch up the wall n ceiling. They hv installed the cctv in front of the lift but the lift not yet function.

Clean up means they've removed the hardened concrete on the floor?

No, wat I mean is all the woods n rubbish.

For car park, i had checked for my car park and it is not at the position as in SPA, then i asked the sales person, he told me they did the wrong number labeling and the correction is onhold at the moment bcos they worry authories might have spotcheck and will affecting the CF approval process. This is what they told me lar...

both my carparks' location is correct, but apart from the above mentioned defects, one of the lot is acccumulating water, 2/3 of the lot is covered with water.. gonna go to check again coming weekend

anyone checking on the car park defects recently?
Car park is one of the major problem delay our CF
1) leaking problem
2) "plaster crack" problem
3) scrupper drain need to repair
4) hand railing at car park stair case

I still saw many cracking line on the wall when I visited AH last Sunday (13.09.09). How come the developer never touch up ah?

Hi, this comes into my mind about the car park. I know the car park unit is labeled with number (the number as in our S&P). Are they going to label the car park with the unit number, e.g. A-18-18?

I saw few workers were cleaning the car park's floor when I visited AH 2day. But the all defect still there......

I asked this to the sales AM last week, he said they wouldn't do it for safety and security reason.

OK. Because just want to avoid mis parking. Some condos, the solution is to label your car number instead of unit number. You know our AH doesn't have a stop gate at entrance and exit of car park.

Actually, part of it is to avoid someone park at your place and this create unnecessary headache.

By right all visitors not suppose to even drive into the car park area. It is stated there for resident only. So regardless whether the car park got unit No or plate No, if visitor do not want to follow the rules and drive inside the car park, someone parking definately will get occupied.

Well...I sure hope the person taking my parking lot loves art coz I'm a part time spray paint and grafitti artist. Muahahahaa....
They should've installed a card entry & exit system at the car park also then will not have such issue since visitor can't drive in.

Install ourselves and charge the developer?

I wonder, can i allow my visitors to park at my own bay?

Mayb we can suggest when the time we have formed our community. Of course the $$$ came from the maintainance fee that we pay every month, please correct me if i m wrong.
