Aman Heights Phase I (Aman I) will soon be handed over to 266 proud owners?

hi !! its quite some time since i ve read this forum ..and what happened ..this forum has become a Aman Hts BASHING session .Frankly some of the comments has no facts and dont make sense..!! So i took the time to visit the site and see for myself. what i saw is a completed project with guards already stationed there.Why the delay in handing over? I look for the person in charge ..in this case its mrs avene tan ..the sales manager. And good news for everyone. She just received news from the director that the water connection issue with syabas is finally resolved and the contractors are given instruction to start the tapping works tomorrow and work round the clock to finish by this week which means that vp can be issued by next week But why the delay ??? So she showed me the file .The project was completed in march and ready for handing over once the water connection is completed THen the bombshell …Approval from syabas obtained in feb require the developer to dig along jln sk 6/1 to lay new pipes for syabas . When the developer apply for permit from mpsj to start work the application is rejected and approval can only be given after the defects liability period because the road has just been resurfaced.!!because of this dispute on syabas and mpsj approval the developer is caught in a situation which is not normal and unexpected !!!. and finally it took many meetings and negotiations between syabas , mpsj consultants legal advisers and both the old and new assemblymen to finally resolved the matter But sadly the bureucratic red tapes took three months and the victim is the developer and purchasers
So i ask about my late delivery and she assured me not to worry The management has given instructions that all affected purchasers will be fully compensated So lucky me ..she checked the system and im in the list of 60 affected purchasers so far…i will be informed on the claims procedure after the vp is issued..
Anyway i was taken for a tour of the project and im happy with what i saw.The workers are busy doing defective works repair to the units and block b is ongoing up to 22 floor.. Dont understand why people would even think the developer is going Bankrupt when the project is already completed !!!I always like Aman Hts design and until today i think its even better than i thought…its so spacious and greenery all round Sorry for the developer on the late delivery but as long as they compensate me i ve no problem…i cant get 10% interests with the bank anyway..To be fair they ve answered my questions..Oh yes they are awared of the forum..but because it is not an official forum they cannot respond and get themselves involved with trivial bickering in public..AS ms Avene said ..we are only answerable to our purchasers and not the phamtoms one in the forum…But some of the accusations are really unfair and baseless..but sad we cant respond…we can only respond officially to our customers that come to see us
i told them they should respond especially the ks and kikilala guy…but she dont think ks and kk are real buyers..by the way she said thanks to hans for being so supportive …

the main door n room paint oso i dont like..boring color..hv to think wt color to paint...
