actually almost the same one, I am one of the early bird pay 180k for 5th floor unit. but then I had pay nearly 20k purely for interest for this 3 years. so it is almost same like the current block B pricing =.=

I told the bank that I want to start paying the whole installment and dont want to only pay interest.. hahaa.. susah but i guess more untung..

Btw Hint,Do you get the shower screen for your unit?It is stated in B&W on a paper with me,but when i called ytd,the sales person said not with that,i am gonna screw her later~

yeah...i faxed them the letter and the sales admin girl said will check with her boss woh~I will not accept their any excuse even though the letter was signed by Jimmy(Last Sales Manager).
I am gonna call them again next week to follow up!

When they launch tht time AH1 I was offered with the Reno package 17k+ with another extra car park but endup buying AH2 comes with shower screen at master bedroom (quality lower compare to 17k package lastime salesperson told me), a big mirror at masterroom toilets, bigger/longer wall tiles at both toilets.

as for second toilet I'm not sure whether they are giving full titles up at the wall

I can confirm both toilets ceramic tiles up to the ceiling height coz it stated in my SnP.

yes.. both toilet shud have ceramic to the top...and in AH2, we have two ceiling fan point.. its all stated in the snp.. hehe..
