AH 1, 2 & 3 Status

Hi,

I found this one

AH 1 is up and ready without CFO. Great!!! Only waiting for CF.

But weird, AH 2 is termed "Sakit" while AH 3 which hasn't launched is termed "Berjalan Lancar"

I believe it is a typo. “Berjalan Lancar” for AH 2 and “Sakit” for AH 3.

Ya, should be typo. Any one can confirm this?

Tis link I hv check it b4. It jus updated on Jun 2009. When I checked it previously the 3 projects also termed "berjalan lancar" included Aman III. Wat is meaning of "sakit"? Mean pending or other else?

another question mark i'm having: the Kategori Rumah is labeled as HARGA TINGGI, meaning AH is high cost?

Most probably... because AH is in Bukit Serdang.. not some highclass area... But then hor.. now its become Serdang Height... the Price should go up rite? hahahha

I found the defination "sakit" which mean "projek tidak mencapai kemajuan 25 peratus dalam tempoh enam bulan selepas tarikh perjanjian jual beli ditandatangani" in here.

Is tat mean AH II never reach 25% progress after 6 months the 1st SnP sign?

Wat v can c now, Aman II almost complete already! Some more since the 1st day of Aman II until now already more than 6 months rite?

ermm, i went to the site today, now they are building the 26th floor woohooo~! I saw many people in the sales office.

Serdang Height is Bukit Serdang :p . You ask the local antie and uncle at Seri Kembangan where serdang height is, they will shake head - say dunno dunno

NO, Aman II still stop at 26th floors. No progress at all since 2 or 3 weeks ago.

tion wei, i though 26 floor is the top dy? you looking for 27 floor? I did see alot of guy doing pathing and wall at 20++ floor yesterday, about 5-6 worker. so be cheers
