2010 Budget

Hi guys, a list of appendices on the 2010 Budget is available here.

Appendix 4 caught my eye, does anyone know if Aman Heights qualifies for Green Building Index (GBI) certificate? Because it seems if it is so, buyers of such property with GBI issued qualify for stamp duty exemption on instruments of transfer of ownership (to owners) for those who sign the SPA between 24 Oct 2009 to 31 Dec 2014.

Dun think so. GBI only recently heard mah. Few projects like SP Setia's Eco Garden or something have it lah.

agreed...i think AH not a green eco environment,only its surrounding...the surroundings will be developed real soon..

en... the surrounding is really to develop soon =.= in 2 years time. Heard there will be a huge landed properties.

ya if we turn left on the t-junction, you can see there is some nicely develop landed property. i think they will make that area some high class places.

Good good... by that time we all can buy landed already...haha...

so prepare yourself for the future development hehe

Hope jz landed property then AH can be sold with competitive price or rented out...
