It was a great Saturday last week because my wife and I able to meet up with kelvin and T. Saw both of their unit, T was doing his defect checks and as for kelvin we went over his place to check out his renovations. Really nice and alot of $$ has invested in kelvin house. Now I'm also worried with kelvin when his house warming without sofas.. johnvk, I heard kelvin that your unit is a must see so when can we come over to have a look?

I do wonder how our unit gonna be like with casing all around.... definalety we do need minor hacking for extra power point.... they should hv given ample power points and easy A/C installation setup...... now they are talking abt safety and so on..even some of us im sure taken alectric upgrade package..where got enough? Hi, I found this one AH 1 is up and ready without CFO. Great!!! Only waiting for CF. But weird, AH 2 is termed "Sakit" while AH 3 which hasn't launched is termed "Berjalan Lancar" I believe it is a typo. “Berjalan Lancar” for AH 2 and “Sakit” for AH 3.

Air Conditioner & Fans

I'm planning to put a 1hp for the master bedroom and a 2 hp for the living room.
I'm currently using a 1hp Panasonic inverter unit but after 1 year got sound already.
Have anyone tried LG before? The Art Cool model looks nice.
Or do u have some other recommendations?

RM1000 Renovation Deposit?

Walao, normally when they said is REFUNDABLE, then have to wait until N years then only can refund.

Hi guys, a list of appendices on the 2010 Budget is available here. Appendix 4 caught my eye, does anyone know if Aman Heights qualifies for Green Building Index (GBI) certificate? Because it seems if it is so, buyers of such property with GBI issued qualify for stamp duty exemption on instruments of transfer of ownership (to owners) for those who sign the SPA between 24 Oct 2009 to 31 Dec 2014.

Car Park Defects

I've made official complaints about the carparks when I went last Sat.
Some bays are not so bad but both mine got lots of hardened cement on the surface.
I've also complained about the ugly looking ceiling of the car park. It looks like patch work. Horrible.
If you're going again and have not complained about it, please do get another form and make it official.
BTW, car can go in already but need to get a pass from the guard.

AH1 Structural Crack !!!

Structural crack found on AH1. Heard from the office that this is due to the recent earthquake.

You can see these big and long cracks along the aisle for some floors. Not sure about AH2.

Anyone want to put fish pond in balcony like AH showroom? Actually the pond is not built in (I'm sure AH wont allow if built in) but they used fiber glass which is light n lasting. Some more no need install any water paip. They told me many of their customers are from condo oso. The package they offered me cost RM1980.
